Who should fill out the Organization Member Application?
Use this form if you are a healthcare organization joining WSHHRA and enrolling one or more people from your organization. If you are joining on your own behalf rather than for an organization, please complete the Individual Member Application instead.
How many people can I enroll from my organization?
The form asks you to pick a group size, from 1 individual up to 10+ individuals from an organization. Choose the option that matches how many people you are registering.
What details will I need to supply?
You will be asked for member details (name, title, company, address, phone, e-mail and website) plus hospital/organization information such as number of FTEs, employees, beds, description of duties and organization type.
Must I already be an ASHHRA member to apply?
No. The form asks whether you are currently an ASHHRA member and, if you are not, invites you to consider joining the national professional organization at www.ashhra.org.
How can I add or remove an organization contact later?
Once your organization is a member, use the Add an Organization Contact and Remove an Organization Contact forms linked in the Join menu.
How can I renew member dues?
Renewals are completed through the Member Dues Renewal page linked in the Join menu.

Ready to enroll your team? Complete the Organization Member Application to register one or more individuals from your healthcare organization. Once your organization is a member, you can add or remove organization contacts and renew dues through the links in the Join menu.
